1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Global Bible Examination Council website and examination services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. GBEC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Eligibility

GBEC examination services are open to ministers, pastors, evangelists, chaplains, Bible school students, and any Christian believer committed to advancing their Biblical knowledge. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information may result in disqualification and cancellation of any issued qualifications.

3. Examination Rules and Conduct

All candidates are required to:

• Complete examinations independently and without unauthorized assistance
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute examination questions or content
• Not attempt to circumvent or manipulate the CBT examination system
• Respect the integrity of the examination process and GBEC's academic standards

Violation of examination conduct rules will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of results, and may result in a permanent ban from GBEC services.

4. Fees and Payments

All examination fees must be paid in full before a candidate may sit an examination. Pre-Exam Fees are non-refundable once an examination session has been started. Certification Fees are payable after passing an examination and are required before certificates and credentials are issued. GBEC reserves the right to update fee schedules with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the GBEC website — including examination questions, study materials, syllabi, course notes, logos, and certificates — is the intellectual property of the Global Bible Examination Council and is protected by copyright. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of GBEC.

6. Certificates and Qualifications

GBEC qualifications are awarded solely on the basis of demonstrated Biblical knowledge through examination. Certificates issued by GBEC remain the property of GBEC and may be revoked in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms. GBEC maintains an official registry of all qualifications awarded and reserves the right to verify credentials upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

GBEC provides its Services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain a reliable and accurate examination platform, GBEC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. GBEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New York, United States.
