GBEC Accreditation Program Standards
Institutions applying to the GBEC Accreditation Program must demonstrate compliance with the following doctrinal and academic standards. Sound biblical doctrine is the primary criterion — all other standards flow from this foundation.
Demonstrated commitment to sound biblical doctrine and orthodox Christian theology as the foundation of all programs
Structured academic or ministry training programs with clearly defined, doctrine-centered learning outcomes
Qualified and experienced faculty or ministry leadership grounded in biblical scholarship
Adequate facilities and resources to support effective, biblically-based training
Proven history of ministry impact or student development rooted in scriptural principles
Willingness to uphold GBEC standards of doctrinal integrity and submit to periodic program review

Board Decision
The Board deliberates and issues a written decision — Approved, Deferred, or Rejected — with detailed feedback.
Certification & Listing
